(1) Vendor needs to provide all–staff meeting services to the government authority located in Ramsey, MN.– Provide a secure room for conference attendees to store luggage in between check–out and the end of the conference activities.– Provide the state and conference attendees with access to a computer, internet, a printer, copying equipment, and a fax machine, on the lodging premises.– Make the conference space available to the conference organizers to set up for the conference.– Meals and refreshment breaks.– Audio visual equipment and on–site technical support.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
