(1) Vendor needs to provide classification and compensation study services to the government authority located in Beaufort, SC.– Classification and Compensation Study for Classified, Professional, and Administrative Staff positions.– The purpose of this engagement is to review, analyse, and recommend improvements to the district’s classification and compensation structure for classified, professional, and administrative staff positions. – The study shall support the district’s ability to recruit and retain a high–quality workforce, maintain internal equity, remain competitive with comparable employers, and ensure compliance with applicable wage and hour laws.– Review of existing job descriptions and organizational structures. – Collection of job data through questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, and/or supervisor validation. – Evaluation of essential functions, working conditions, and physical demands in accordance with ADA requirements. – Review and recommendation of appropriate job titles, job families, and classification levels. – Assessment of role consistency and equity across departments performing similar work. – Appropriate job titles, job classes, and FLSA exempt/non–exempt designations.
