Vendor needs to provide workers’ compensation administrative peer and panel review services.• Review medical records, including treatment and treatment plans to determine if a proposed treatment is medically reasonable• Promptly, on notice to the employer, every injured employee shall receive medical, surgical and hospital benefits or other treatment, nursing, medicine, surgical supplies, crutches and other apparatus, including artificial members, reasonably required at the time of the injury, and during the period of disability• Panel of expert consultants shall examine the medical records of a claimant in order to provide a comprehensive report.• If the claim is not controverted as to any medical fact, the examination and report of one member of the committee shall be deemed the examination and report of the committee.
