The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a solid surface walking trail around the perimeter of the Zollie Young park. The walking trail will also tie into a small craft launch and extend into the outlying areas of the park to make those areas more accessible. The project will also include handicap parking and easier access to the dog park(s). Contractor to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment and materials to complete the project.
