Description

The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as �Owner,� on behalf of the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG), (�Using Agency�), will accept electronic bids for the project entitled Hugh M. Gillis Building Expansion � Southeastern Technical College, Vidalia, Georgia in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. The scope of work on this project: construct an addition to the Science building to provide up-to-date technology and design in the Nursing labs that mimic hospitals and medical facilities. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents. Additional information on this process and a link to the project site is provided below in the Invitation to Bid document and the e-Builder Registration & Bid Submittal User Guide.
