EQU-19882 - USA (New York) - Transit Signal Priority System Develop, Deploy, Support and Maintain Services - Deadline October 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide transit signal priority develop, deploy, support and maintain services to the government authority located in New York.– Develop, deploy, support, and maintain existing and future transit signal priority (TSP) corridors. The agency has successfully deployed a centralized transit signal priority system within the city.– Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues for existing TSP corridors.– Assist the city’s intelligent transportation systems (ITS) Engineering group and coordinate regarding any of the controller database configuration and modification, timing plan downloads and related effort to support TSP deployment.– Finds discrepancies between locations and final content management systems (CMS) file and forwards them to the ITS and TSP Group for resolution with the ITS and Timing Group.– Create the database in MS Excel format and provide the access.– Monitor and manage end–to–end link integrity.– TSP simulation modeling.– TSP dashboard enhancement.– Deployment and integration of new intersections with the TSP system.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 30,2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
