(1) Vendor needs to provide automated medication dispensing, and packaging machines, maintenance medication dispensing, and packaging machines, maintenance and consumables services include functionality for secure medication storage, controlled access through PIN or biometric authentication, integration with County’s pharmacy information system and electronic medical record (EMR), real–time inventory management, and audit reporting capabilities to the government authority located in Orange, CA.– Contractor shall coordinate with County IT and Security staff for interface validation and cybersecurity review.1. 24x7 Phone Support▪ 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year▪ Telephone support provided by trained Customer Support Engineers▪ Remote diagnostics▪ Unlimited support requests2.
