(1) Vendor needs to provide mental telehealth services to the government authority located in Stafford, VA. – A mental telehealth provider to provide mental health services to our students grades k–12.– The provider shall have an electronic platform that allows parents or legal guardians to submit a request to receive mental telehealth services and licensed staff to provide services to students requiring mental telehealth services.– Provide mental telehealth services to students in grades k–12 and can scale up the number of students served, if necessary, based the school division’s enrollment numbers;– Provide detailed information about the billing structure for services– Comply with the health insurance portability and accountability act (HIPPA);– Provide a plan for collecting student, parent, and school feedback;– Provide student mental telehealth services after parental consent has been obtained– Utilize telehealth software that is easy to use and preserves privacy;– Responsible to provide all materials, tools, equipment, and appliances required to perform these services;– Collaborate with the schools contract administrator to provide an efficient referral– Pathway for student access to mental telehealth services.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
