QUALITY-3155 - USA (Rochester, New York) - Drug and Alcohol Testing Program Services - Deadline November 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide drug and alcohol testing program services to the government authority located in Rochester, NY.– Provide full–service drug and alcohol testing program services. – Drug testing program component services.– Provide support in the updating of a substance abuse policy and administration of drug and alcohol testing procedures, including follow–up testing and on–going review of current policy and legal updates.– Provide employee input and record set–up.– Provide employee compliance, identification and verification.– Provide pre–employment drug testing (5 Panel and 4 Panel, which is 5 Panel excluding THC).– Provide onsite collection options with 24–hour availability.– Provide for proper chain of custody and all necessary forms relating thereto.– Provide collection supplies.– Provide nine (9) Panel drug tests (10 Panel excluding THC) for non–federal, police pre–employment candidate testing to include: Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Cocaine, Methadone, Methaqualone, Opioids, Phencyclidine (PCP) and Propoxyphene.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
