FOOD-11102 - USA (Topeka, Kansas) - Concession Service - Deadline October 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide concession service to the government authority located in Topeka, KS. - Operate and maintain the marina concession for the use and enjoyment of the public, providing at a minimum the following services:– Marina store sales– Supplies, goods, and food– Fishing equipment and bait– Recreational equipment rentals– Fuel service– Alcoholic Beverages. – Boat slip rental and storage services- Operate any restroom inside the marina store in compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act specifications and keep it always open to the public when the store is open for business.- Review and act on requests for additional services, improvements, signage, and ground disturbing activity, and coordinate required Reclamation review and approval.- Provide, at Concessionaire expense, all equipment and facilities necessary for the required services, and maintain the quality and condition of that equipment and those facilities in compliance with all applicable laws.- Sale of personal property other than approved concession inventory is prohibited on the federal estate, including vehicles, mobile homes, house trailers, travel trailers, boats, and personal watercraft.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
