BANKING-9363 - USA (Princeton, New Jersey) - Challenged Credit Financial Advisory Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide challenged credit financial advisory services to the government authority located in Princeton, NJ. – Provide specialized advice, recommendations, and strategies concerning covenant defaults, debt restructurings, debt workouts, turnaround plans, adequacy of rating agency requests, reasonableness of projections and assumptions, and other financial related matters.– Review and evaluate proposals, analyses, and various strategies to resolve challenged credit situations, and advise on the use of such proposals and/or strategies by the Authority and by the Institutions on behalf of which the Authority’s obligations are outstanding.– Attend Authority Board meetings, testify, prepare, direct, and participate in presentations to the Authority’s Board Members, staff and, if necessary, to other interested parties.– Perform such other analysis and requests of the Authority.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
