(1) Vendor needs to provide403(b) plan advisory and retirement plan consulting services to the government authority located in Champaign, IL.– Perform 403(b) plan advisory services, which may include quarterly, biannual, or annual committee meeting facilitation and documentation, compliance updates, investment policy and fund monitoring services, evaluation, recommendations for investment option offerings.– Must provide 403(b) plan advisory and investment monitoring services on a quarterly basis.– Evaluate current approved 403(b) plan recordkeeper(s) and investment option offerings against appropriate benchmarks and a University’s investment policy statement to assess continued viability/competitiveness of products.– Provide a proposed timeline and task list for conducting quarterly, annual, or biannual advisory services.– Create a streamlined and/or tiered investment menu and provide review services, evaluation, and recommendations for this investment menu.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
