CONS-23888 - USA (Hamilton, New Jersey) - Professional Landscape Inspection Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional landscape inspection services include inspection services for when a project is complete/built (examples: subdivisions, retail developments, office buildings, etc.) Once a certain development is complete the developer/owner will petition the township for a Bond Release and at that time the Township Planner is notified of this request, and a landscape inspection shall therefore be conducted to the government authority located in Hamilton, NJ.– Inspect development to ensure the proper quantity of deciduous trees, evergreen trees, shrubs, perennials, etc. as per the approved plant schedule on said plan– Inspect all development storm water basins to ensure they are planted per the approved landscape plans– Site inspections on an as needed basis (to be determent by the Township Planner) so as to inspect progression of installed material, materials delivery, site preparation, etc.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
