(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial banking services to the government authority located in Peoria, AZ. – Provide a menu of banking services for its reporting entities.– Banking, ATM, payment processing, sweep products, and credit card administration.– Corporate credit card.– Daily ACH, wire, and deposit notifications.– Electronic daily debit and credit advices and wire confirmations.– Inter–fund Transfers (IT): Provide Internet IT between accounts.– Provide a wide range of investment services.– Payroll and direct deposits.– Zero balance accounts.– Security deposit accounts.– Deposited checks–bank affiliates.– Online credit card processing.– Monthly statements and account analysis.– Collection and deposit services.– Wire transfer services.– ATM services and surcharges.– Account balances.– Deposits completed.– Purchasing card services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
