CLEANING-14425 - USA (Athens, Alabama) - Custodial Services - Deadline December 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Athens, AL. • All housekeeping shall be done with a minimum of disruption to normal agency functions.• The Contractor shall maintain staffing of capable employees who are thoroughly trained and qualified in the work assigned to them and who possess good customer service skills.• Daily:– Empty all trash receptacles; damp clean, sanitize exterior and replace liners– All classrooms must be disinfected after each class session. The agency will provide a daily class schedule.– Clean to hand height (70“) glass partitions and glass doors– Clean wall to hand height (70“)– Dust mop, sweep or vacuum floors– Spot clean carpet, tile and composition floors– Sanitize all desks, tables, and counter tops– Erase and clean all chalk boards, white boards and clean trays– Remove fingerprints from doors, frames, light switches, kick plates, handles and railings(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2026.(3) All the Notice of Intent must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 20, 2026.
