Cybrarium Restrooms and Elevator Construction Re-Bid

The purpose of this invitation to bid is to establish a contract through sealed bids for the selection of a contractor to construct restrooms on the 3rd and 4th floors of the Cybrarium and to install an elevator in the existing elevator shaft 3. All work must comply with the approved drawings attached to this invitation to bid. This project is made possible through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. Bidders shall comply with all applicable requirements including 2 CFR, Part 200; 24 CFR Part 85; 24 CFR Part 570.489, 570.490, 570.502, 570.506, 570.508 & 570.509.
