22-032 Hardwood and Palm Tree Trimming - ITB

PROJECT DESCRIPTION/ SCOPE OF WORK: This Section will act as a guideline for the successful contractor(s) relating to the performance of hardwood tree trimming (Section I) and palm trimming (Section II). The successful Bidder shall furnish and assume full responsibility for all materials, supervision, equipment, labor, transportation, and tools for the completion of the work. A Certified Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture must be on site at all times and speak English. Contractor shall be responsible to see that the finished work complies accurately with the Contract Documents. Contractor shall follow specific means, methods, techniques, sequence, or procedure of the trimming as indicated or required by the Contract Documents, or Contract Manager. Contractor shall provide competent, qualified personnel to perform work as required by the Contract Documents. All hazardous trees and/or hazardous conditions shall be reported to the Contract Manager immediately. This would be any situation that could cause injury to people or damage to property. This contract will be divided into two sections. Section I will deal specifically with the trimming of City hardwood trees. Section II will deal with the trimming of the City palms. This contract is for the trimming of City hardwoods. Pricing for the trimming of the City palms is requested but will be used on as needed at the request of the Project Manager . Supporting Documents
