25-24 Laboratory Analyses and Sampling Services

It is the intent of this request for proposal to find a contractor that can provide required regulatory chemical analyses for samples collected by Bay County personnel. The Contractor must be certified to perform chemical analyses by the Florida Department of Health Environmental Laboratory Certification Program (FL DoH ELCP) under the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP) for the applicable matrix, method, and analyte combinations required by Bay County. The laboratory must not have had any disciplinary or enforcement actions within the last 5 five years.
