(1) Vendor needs to provide youth and family counselor services to the government authority located in Spokane, WA.– Deliver trauma–informed, culturally responsive counselling that strengthens family relationships, supports healthy communication, reduces crisis situations, and enhances youth and family resilience.– Contracted provider must hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in counselling, social work, psychology, or a closely related behavioural health field, along with a current agency licensure as a licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or similar.– Provider shall deliver culturally responsive, trauma–informed youth and family counselling services for youth.– Services must support the needs identified by the youth and/or family and promote healthier family dynamics through conflict resolution, communication coaching, establishment of healthy boundaries, behaviour management, and exploration of underlying causes of behaviour or school avoidance.– Sessions should occur weekly whenever possible and be held in the family’s home or another mutually agreed–upon appropriate setting, with flexibility to accommodate scheduling needs including evenings and weekends.– Provider must make every effort to complete the initial intake within ten working days of referral; if this is not feasible, the provider is required to notify the supervising probation counselor or case manager by email within one business day of determining the intake cannot be completed within the required timeframe.– Provider shall communicate regularly with probation counsellors and case managers by supplying weekly updates regarding sessions attended or missed, family status, and any clinical or safety concerns.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
