(1) Vendor needs to provide bike share program services to the government authority located in York, PA.– Provide a turnkey bike share system serving residents, employees, students and visitors.– Provide all equipment, software, operations, maintenance, customer support, reporting, insurance, and related services necessary to implement and operate the Bike Share Program. – Services shall be available to the public on a 24–hour, 7–day–per–week basis.– GPS–enabled equipment and tracking capabilities;– Bicycle identification and branding;– Safety and security features;– Mobile application for iOS and Android devices;– User registration and account management, including the capability for users to sign liability waivers electronically;– Integrated payment processing;– Administrative dashboard for City access;– Data collection and reporting functionality;– Customer communication tools;– System management and monitoring capabilities.– Customer support available by phone, email, website, mobile application, or other appropriate methods;– Billing and payment support;– Customer communication and outreach.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
