(1) Vendor needs to provide retirement and compensation consulting service to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM. – The selected consultant will serve as a strategic partner to support agency’s goals of maintaining competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation and retirement programs that attract, retain, and engage a high–performing workforce.– The consultant will be expected to provide expert guidance, analysis, benchmarking, and recommendations related to retirement plan governance, fiduciary responsibilities, investment oversight, participant outcomes, compensation strategy, job classification, market pricing, salary structure administration, and workforce compensation analytics.– The selected consultant must possess expertise in retirement plan consulting, compensation program design, market benchmarking, regulatory compliance, governance, and workforce analytics.– Compensation Strategy and Program Design– Evaluate alignment of compensation programs with organizational goals.– Support questions about pay transparency initiatives and wage laws.– Market Pricing and Benchmarking– Conduct market pricing studies for new and existing positions.– Utilize reliable healthcare, academic, and regional salary survey data.– Compensation Structure Administration– Review and evaluate salary band adjustments or job leveling approaches.– Recommend grade assignments for new and revised positions.– Support development and maintenance of career ladders.– Job Evaluation and Classification– Conduct job evaluations and classification reviews.– Assess organizational alignment of job descriptions.– Workforce and Pay Equity Analysis– Conduct pay equity analyses.– Identify and advise on potential risks related to pay disparities.– Plan Governance and Fiduciary Support– Investment Advisory Services– Vendor and Recordkeeper Management– Regulatory Compliance Support– Plan Design Consulting– Participant Outcomes and Retirement Readiness– Reporting and Analytics(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
