(1) Vendor needs to provide shredding services to the government authority located in Toppenish, WA.– Lease of locked shred bins and secure onsite shredding services for the destruction of sensitive documents no longer required by the agency.– Provide on–demand, one–time shredding services upon government request in addition to recurring monthly services.– Ensure sensitive documents remain secured against unauthorized access, disclosure, or reconstruction throughout the collection and destruction process.– Shredding services shall include all paper–based media and similar materials.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
