(1) Vendor needs to provide E–waste collection events services.– Provide existing status; compile data from existing residential collection activities related to seasonal trends, locations and e–waste types.– Organize collection events at new locations in nonregulated states, with each participating organization conducting at least two to three collection events before September 2027.– Arrange advertisements on multiple channels to broadcast new collection events and raise awareness about battery–containing e–waste recycling.– Provide collection event data including number of participants and quantities of collected e–waste by type.
