(1) Vendor needs to provide psychiatric services to the government authority located in Mount Holly, NJ.– Qualified licensed practicing psychologists and duly licensed physicians (e.g., psychiatrists).– Services required generally include psychological screenings for pre–employment positions and prior to admission to law enforcement training academies, document review for leaves of absence and ADA requests, psychiatric fitness–for–duty examinations, and other services.– When necessary, conduct psychological or psychiatric examinations of employees (and family members as permitted by law), to evaluate the degree to which a patient suffers from a serious health condition (due to mental incapacity), whether the condition substantially inhibits the patient’s ability to perform their job duties, and the probable duration of the condition.– Provide second and third opinions regarding reasonable accommodation necessary to enable employees to perform the central or essential functions of their job duties, as needed.– Conduct psychiatric fitness–for–duty examinations of employees to determine whether an employee is unable or incapable of performing the central duties of their job, and whether the employee presents a danger or hazard to themselves or others if they are to remain on the job.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 28, 2026.
