(1) Vendor needs to provide water utility garage construction services to the government authority located in Garland, TX.• Remove all roof surfaces on house, including porches, overhangs, unless specified to the contrary.• Strip all existing layers of composition roof shingles, and remove all existing felt to expose decking.• Remove do not renail all existing roofing nails, staples and fasteners etc• Wood decking surface shall be free of all old roofing materials.• (A) A minimum span of 4 feet is required for replacement for wood plank decking. (B) 2 feet x 4 feet is the minimum size requirement for OSB 7/16 decking replacement. All new wood decking shall be installed from rafter to rafter• (B) 2 feet x 4 feet is the minimum size requirement for OSB 7/16 decking replacement• All new wood decking shall be installed from rafter to rafter. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
