Vendor needs to provide zoom renewal service. • Provide and maintain the following software licenses for the duration of the contract:– 50 Host Licenses: Configured with large meeting capacity, capable of hosting up to 3,000 participants.– Three (3) Medium Event Licenses: Scaled to support up to 500 attendees each.– One (1) Large Event License: Scaled to support up to 5,000 attendees for statewide broadcasts.
