(1) Vendor needs to provide managed single sign–on and federated identity management solution. – Provide a fully managed single sign–on (SSO) and federated identity management solution.– Managed services and integration support.– SSO managed service provider is up for renewal, and initiates a formal competitive review to benchmark costs and service levels against the market and to ensure ongoing technical reliability, security, and fiscal responsibility.– Managed SaaS model confirm provision of a fully hosted and managed SaaS solution in which the university bears no responsibility for infrastructure management, patching, or upgrades.– Managed private cloud option provide a secondary, separately priced option for deployment within the university's own AWS or azure tenant (“managed private cloud“), managed by the vendor on the university's behalf.– SP and Rp onboarding (ticket–based) describe the ticket–based workflow for onboarding, modifying, and decommissioning SAML SPS and OIDC RPS. Confirm 24x7x365 portal access.– Custom web service connector maintenance confirm ability to maintain custom web service connectors called during the university's login flow through IDP version migrations.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
