MEDI-7982 - USA (Kentucky) - Hospital Podiatry Services - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide hospital podiatry services to the government authority located in Kentucky.– Provide podiatry services for the patients/residents.– Provide quality and timely services of a licensed Podiatrist or an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.– Be available Monday through Friday, 8 AM EST to 5 PM EST to provide consultation via telephone, or an answering service as necessary.– This service is not included in the maximum number of days of on–site visits per month or the minimum one (1) day on–site visit. – This service is by phone for consultation only.– Consult with facility nursing staff, other facility staff physicians, consultants, or residents’ families regarding the medical care of the patients/residents, advisement, or follow–up regarding client injuries or illnesses.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
