(1) Vendor needs to provide stadium LED video board upgrades supplies to the government authority located in Laramie, WY. – For renovations and upgrades to the existing LED video displays and broadcasting systems to enhance audio/visual capabilities. – For a complete, turnkey system/ services including delegated design, documentation and construction of custom fabricated videoboard sub–structures, LED Displays, branch power distribution and, video control system/content management system, cumulatively referred to as the LED Videoboard, scoreboard, etc– Work includes replacement of video modules within the current infrastructure, electrical and low–voltage infrastructure to support new ribbon boards, as well as improvements to upgrade broadcasting system equipment and software supporting the video displays.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 27, 2026.
