The City of Dania Beach, Florida (the "City") is requesting Letters of Interest (“LOI”) from qualified real estate developers to enter into a Developer Agreement for the development of both parcels of a highly visible City-owned City-Center-zoned property located at 148 N Federal Hwy in Dania Beach, Broward County, Florida. The parcels benefit from a newly restored height and density allowance of up to 14 stories applicable to the Center-City zone.
