(1) Vendor needs to provide formative assessment services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.– Formative assessments in English language arts and mathematics for kindergarten and grades one through eight.– Measure, at a minimum, foundational literacy skills.– Provide screening and diagnostic capabilities for monitoring student progress in reading.– Identify students who have a reading deficiency, including identifying students with characteristics of dyslexia.– Both English language arts (ELA) and mathematics shall be included as required content areas.– Study must be designed so that the impact on student achievement can be demonstrated.– Development of the assessment.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 14,2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
