(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational cancer screening services to the government authority located in Converse, TX.• Required Annual Screening Components• Urine test: Urine testing required by statute/rule; identify method/panel and clinical review process.• Pulmonary function test: Pulmonary function testing/spirometry using appropriately trained personnel and calibrated equipment.• Electrocardiogram: ECG performed and clinically interpreted under appropriate medical oversight.• Infectious disease screening: Describe diseases, methodology, exposure–based components, consent, and follow–up protocol.• Breast cancer screening: Provide the required breast cancer screening component consistent withapplicable clinical standards and the individual firefighter’s presentation; identify whether imaging/referral is included or coordinated.• Blood test: Describe all required and proposed laboratory panels, collection process, lab credentials, and clinical review.• Chest x–ray: Provide or coordinate a chest x–ray once every five years for each eligible firefighter; include radiology interpretation, schedule tracking, and secure result delivery.– Optional Police Annual Wellness Program• comprehensive history and physical examination;• blood testing and urinalysis;• cardiovascular risk screening and ECG as clinically appropriate;• pulmonary function testing;• vision and hearing screening;• age– and risk–appropriate cancer screening;• review of occupational exposures and infectious–disease risks;– Event–Driven Occupational Health Services• pre–employment or post–offer medical examinations;• pre–employment or employment–related psychological examinations;• fitness–for–duty medical or psychological evaluations;• return–to–duty evaluations;• reasonable suspicion, post–accident, or random drug/alcohol testing support;(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.
