Mulch and Mulch Blow-in Services

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide International Play Equipment Manufacturers Association (IPEMA) certified Engineered Wood Fiber (EWF) Playground Chips that can be blown into playgrounds with a self-contained blower truck at all the playground sites the City maintains. The City reserves the right to add and/or remove sites from the contract as needed throughout the contract term(s).
