INSU-6629 - USA (Oakland, Michigan) - Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability and Administration Services - Deadline November 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide life insurance, long–term disability and administration services to the government authority located in Oakland, MI.• Provide fully insured Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), fully insured Voluntary Life and AD&D, fully insured Long–Term Disability (LTD), and administrative services for agency self–funded Short–Term Disability (STD) plan on an Advice–to–Pay basis.• Implementation Requirements– Carrier must provide a detailed implementation plan, preferably in Gantt chart format, identifying milestones, owners, dependencies and agency requirements. The plan must address, at minimum:• Contract and policy issuance;• Eligibility and enrolment data conversion;• Transition of in–force basic, voluntary life and LTD coverage;• Treatment of employees not actively at work at transition;• Voluntary life takeover, portability/conversion and evidence–of–insurability transition;• Open or pending life and disability claims and continuity of claim administration;• Agency Advice–to–Pay setup, testing and payroll coordination;• Billing configuration and reconciliation;• Employee and HR communications;• Administrative portal and secure data exchange setup;• Testing, issue resolution and final readiness confirmation before January 1, 2027.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
