(1) Vendor needs to provide recruitment services to the government authority located in Virginia.– Recruitment of an experienced event planning and management agency/consortium of agencies for the co–design, communication, organization and implementation of the Francophone Symposium – Identify relevant speakers and facilitators;– Develop and maintain a database of potential speakers;– Prepare invitations;– Manage follow–ups and coordination;– Collect biographies, photographs and other required information;– Organize preparatory sessions with moderators and speakers;– Provide briefing notes and presentation templates;– Check the coherence and pedagogical quality of materials;– Reduce the risk of presentations that are overly long, institutional or promotional;– Coordinate speakers' logistical and technical requirements;– Provide operational event control/production management;– Provide security, first–aid and incident–management arrangements;– Provide reusable tools, templates, checklists, frameworks, procedures and dashboards for future editions.
