(1) Vendor needs to provide background screening and drug and alcohol testing services to the government authority located in Washington.• Provide electronic fingerprinting services, using live–scan fingerprint equipment to capture and transmit electronic fingerprints for applicants seeking employment, certification, licensing, and for other verification purposes.• Background Screening Services:– Criminal Records Check.– Nationwide criminal database check.– Federal criminal database check.– Motor vehicle records check.– Financial and credit check.– Employment and education verification check.• Drug and Alcohol Testing Services:– Pre–employment and pre–placement testing.– Random testing selection and management.– Post–accident testing.– Reasonable suspicion testing.– Return–to–duty testing.– Follow–up testing.– Confirmatory testing.– On–site mobile collection at work site or office and clinics.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 2, 2026.
