(1) Vendor needs to provide video–media production staffing services to the government authority located in Martinez, CA.– Provide comprehensive video and media production staffing services on an as–needed basis to support a wide range of agency communication, education, outreach, public information, emergency response, training, recruitment, and community engagement initiatives.– provide scheduled productions, special events, live broadcasts, emergency communications, and other multimedia assignments.– Videographer:– Operate cameras and video equipment for live and recorded productions.– Production crew:– Roles include camera operator, technical director, audio operator, telephone operator, field producer, floor director, teleprompter operator, character generator operator, and similar.– Facility and equipment technician:– Provide technical and engineering support for video production, cablecasting, and facility operations.– Media production specialist:– Provide support for meeting coverage, graphics, web content, photography, and special events.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 02, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
