(1) Vendor needs to provide interest based bargaining facilitator services to the government authority located in Modesto, CA. – Facilitate the Interest–Based Bargaining (IBB) process and able to participate in multiple sessions with different unions. – Preparing the proposal and related information in response to this RFP.– Negotiations with the agency of any matter related to this procurement.– Costs associated with interviews, meetings, travel, or presentations.– All other expenses incurred by a proposer/consultant prior to the date of award and a formal notice to proceed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
