Description
The Lebanon Police Department (“Department”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide comprehensive ceiling tile replacement and HVAC duct cleaning services at the Lebanon Police Department facility. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and disposal services necessary to remove and replace the existing ceiling tiles throughout the facility and to clean all HVAC supply and return ductwork. Due to the secure nature of the facility, project plans will not be posted online or otherwise distributed to prospective contractors. Attendance at the site visit is required for all contractors intending to submit a proposal. This site visit will be the only opportunity for prospective contractors to access and inspect the facility, review the project areas, take measurements, and verify existing site conditions prior to submitting a proposal. Proposals submitted by contractors who do not attend the mandatory site visit will not be considered.
