Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Medium-Voltage Transformer Replacement at the Springfield Wastewater Treatment Plant. The City of Springfield, Ohio, will receive electronic proposals for RFP #26-35 for a Medium-Voltage Transformer Replacement at the Springfield Wastewater Treatment Plant. Proposals must be submitted before 4:00 PM (local time) on October 30, 2026. The RFP is available through Bid Express at: https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/56536/home. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a bidder to review and print all projects. A digital ID will be required to submit an electronic proposal. The digital ID can be set up through Bid Express. Please note that it can take up to seven (7) days to receive the digital ID. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any defect in a proposal which does not materially alter the contract documents.
