(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment services to the government authority located in Garden, KS.– Consultant will assist the recruitment process, including stakeholder engagement, development of a candidate profile, recruitment, candidate screening, finalist evaluation, background investigations, contract negotiation assistance, and executive onboarding support.– Provide stakeholder engagement opportunities accessible to the City's multilingual community, including, at a minimum, Spanish–language engagement and interpretation as needed.– Conduct a national recruitment effort.– Advertise through appropriate municipal management organizations.– Identify and recruit passive candidates.– Develop marketing and outreach materials.– Maintain candidate communications.– Conduct preliminary interviews.– Prepare written candidate assessments.– Employment verification.– Education verification.– Credential verification.– Professional reference checks.– Public records review.– Media review.– Social media review.– Civil litigation review.– Criminal background review, where legally permissible.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
