Description
The project scope includes, but is not limited to, furnishing an installing a 2000 SF pre-fabricated modular building with a roll-up door, placing new concrete slab, and installing gutter/downspout along the face of the building. Contractor shall also be responsible for submitting plans and structural design/calculations for the new pre-fabricated building to the City's Building Department for review and approval prior to fabrication and construction.
