LEGAL-17525 - USA (Sunrise, Florida) - Disclosure Counsel Services - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide disclosure counsel services to the government authority located in Sunrise, FL. – Provide legal advice and all necessary legal services related to debt issuance, and continuing disclosure requirements. Issuances may include, but are not limited to, new and refunding (i) Certificates of Participation (COPs), (ii) General Obligation Bonds (GOBs), and Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Revenue Anticipation Bonds (RANs), Tax Anticipation Notes (TANs), Bond Anticipation Bonds (BANs); any other lease purchase or any other financing vehicle determined to be in agency’s best interest. Agency may, at its sole discretion, award a contract to more than one (1) Proposer.– Awardee shall advise agency on the appropriate scope of the disclosure. – Awardee shall advise agency on Board Authorization of Disclosure Documents. – Awardee shall advise agency on current and/or updated continuing disclosure requirements. – Awardee shall provide training on disclosure practices and law when requested by agency. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
