(1) Vendor needs to provide secondary student support community partners service to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA.• Provide Secondary Student Support Community Partner Services for the 2026–2027 school year• The Agency seeks partners capable of delivering educational support, academic case management, social–emotional and behavioural support services, and community–based interventions for students in grades 6–12 who may require additional assistance to remain engaged and successful in schoola.) Educational Liaison– Preference given to applicants that have a current or previous teaching certification and teaching background and who will work directly with schools and programs to support student learning. Minimum of one staff member per 30 students enrolled at a time.• 6th–12th grade• Designs an in–person academic and social and emotional learning environment for students• Physical plant location with a dedicated structured environment that supports academic learning• Is part of a collaborative effort to increase credit acquisition, academic engagement, and graduation rates as well as reduce dropout rates and recidivism where applicableb.) Case management services for students that are referred due to Deferred Expulsion or a referral from building or program. Minimum of one staff member per 30 students enrolled at a time. • Management of Deferred Expulsion and referral contract to ensure student academic engagement and progress • Complete a needs assessment, specifically addressing the social emotional needs of students • Complete a Care Plan outlining services provided • Provide small groups and skill building as needed • Weekly monitoring and communication of academic progress with students, teachers, and assigned administration • Provide transportation to the student when needed to complete expectations of the DE and referral contract • Personalized student skill development and programming to ensure future success • Problem–solving barriers that may be impacting academic and social and emotional success • Connect students to community and enrichment activities • Keep case management notes regarding student academic progress and submit at 30–day review of DE or referred student contract • Frequent contact with agency staff and attends agency meetings when requested • Services to include, but not limited to community engagement to ensure student safety to and from school (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026
