(1) Vendor needs to provide plant degasified tower and odor control scrubber system rehabilitation service to the government authority located in Deerfield Beach, FL.– The Rehabilitation of 3–MGD RO Plant Degasifier Tower and Odor Control ScrubberSystem, as specified in this Invitation to Bid to include the rehabilitation andrestoration of the 3–MGD RO Plant Degasifier Tower and Odor Control Scrubber– The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, disposal services, transportation, and incidentals required to complete the work described herein.– The City of Deerfield Beach (DFB), Environmental Services Department – Water Plant Division, is seeking a qualified Contractor to furnish all labor, parts, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary to perform rehabilitation and restoration of the 3–MGD Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant Degasifier Tower and Odor Control Scrubber System.– Media Removal.• Remove all existing packing media.• Provide containers/dumpsters.• Transport and dispose of all material offsite in accordance with applicable regulations.Cleaning.• Pressure wash all internal surfaces.• Perform chemical cleaning to remove calcium carbonate (CaCO3), iron fouling, and biofilm.• Submit SDS and proposed cleaning chemicals for City approval prior to use.• Neutralize spent solution prior to disposal; provide proper containment and legal disposal of all liquids.Cleaning Acceptance Criteria:◦ No visible scale or deposits.◦ Surfaces suitable for inspection and coating.◦ Final rinse water pH between 6 and 9.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026
