(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital record, image scanning and digitization service. • Scan service into multiple page PDF files of approx. 585,000 pages contained in approx. 195 cartons.• Images to be scanned include faxes, 8–1/2 x 11“ and 8–1/2 x 14“ forms, half pages, maps 24 x 36“, newspapers, photos, sticky notes, sticky notes affixed, bound in folders, bound in 6–section classification folders, folded products, stapled and paper clipped.• Records must be scanned at the folder level, producing a multi–page PDF.
