(1) Vendor needs to provide board software.• The software should allow authorized users to securely access the Board files and collaborate electronically.• The license total/breakdown will be 22 Total with a breakdown of Administrator 2/User 20.• Data from current board portal must be transferred/uploaded to the new solution.• Act as a centralized repository for Board packets, calendar, contact information, forms, Board documents, and archived records, with advanced search capability;• Provide robust tools for creating Board books• Provide the ability to send out alerts either by email or by notification when entering the Board Portal• Provide the ability to control email, annotations and Board discussions within the Board Portal.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
