(1) Vendor needs to provide catering for disaster recovery services to the government authority located in Kissimmee, FL. – Provide, prepare and deliver one meal per 12–hour shift which includes snacks at each meal delivery.– Provide a daily menu that includes foods that are visually appealing, appetizing, and nutritionally sound and include an appropriate balance of protein, grains, fruits and vegetables.– Boxed meals shall be appealing, tasty and must travel well. – Consideration should be given to providing a variety of foods at each meal to ensure a choice of special dietary needs i.e. Vegetarian, diabetic, kosher, etc. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
