(1) Vendor needs to provide faculty research grants service to the government authority located in North Carolina. • Assess the cost effectiveness of stormwater control measures compared to other pollutant reduction practices• Evaluate the performance of stormwater control devices across different precipitation patterns.• Determine whether the current storm–size design standards remain appropriate for future resilience.• Assess if flow through treatment practices can be effective to treat pollutants under changing precipitation patterns.• Develop innovative techniques to identify sources and reduce pollution of nutrients, pathogens, sediment, fecal coliform, etc., to improve water quality and meet regulatory standards.• Apply a mass balance approach to better understand and address fecal sources (infrastructure, sediments, runoff, etc.).
