GIS-2095 - USA (Shaker Heights, Ohio) - Utility Location and Marking Program Services - Deadline October 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide utility location and marking program services to the government authority located in Shaker Heights, OH. – Providing services to locate and mark underground utility infrastructure for agency owned sewers and traffic conduits located throughout the agency. – Vendor shall be responsible for responding to physical marking requests for emergencies, routine (48 hour) markings and design ticket requests.– The work shall include Review maps, documents and/or the agency’s ArcGIS, review area of interest, locate and mark utilities and document tickets using a system that meets or exceeds requirements.– Types of tickets are as follows:• Emergency tickets– Respond within 4 hours• Physical marking tickets/remarking tickets– Respond within 48 hours• Design tickets– Respond within 10 business days(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2026.
